INEOS Acetyls in Texas City seeks an Infrastructure Lead to develop and execute site infrastructure, building, and asset care strategies across the full asset lifecycle. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, compliant operations, and cost-effective execution.

The ideal candidate will own asset integrity, drive CAPEX planning, lead field execution, and partner with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and finance to ensure optimal performance and regulatory compliance at the Texas City site.

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and contractors to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
• Track project progress against schedule and budget, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Lead site infrastructure and building upgrades while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
