Job summary

Friendship Public Charter School is seeking a Manager of Alumni Retention and Support to drive postsecondary success for its alumni. The role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive alumni initiatives that increase college enrollment, persistence, and degree attainment across a growing alumni network.

The manager will lead data‑driven decision making, maintain longitudinal records, and collaborate with internal teams to align pre‑college programming with postsecondary pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in K–12 education, workforce development, CTE, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-informed alumni initiatives to increase college enrollment, persistence, and completion.
• Maintain accurate alumni records and build dashboards to track KPIs.
• Provide proactive, one-on-one support to alumni across academic, financial, and social‑emotional needs.
• Develop and manage partnerships with colleges/universities to support alumni success.
• Coordinate alumni events, workshops, mentoring, and engagement activities.
