Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools seeks a Program Manager for Pre-College Programs & Alumni Engagement to lead Summer Experience, Dual Enrollment, Scholarships, and Alumni initiatives end-to-end. You will drive participation, outcomes, and continuous improvement across these programs, partnering with school leaders and external partners.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, data reporting, and a disciplined, equity-focused approach to expanding opportunities for scholars and alumni while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of program management, operations, education, or a related field.
• Strong execution skills with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong data skills with dashboards and trackers.
• Aptitude for AI-enabled workflows and process redesign.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pre-College Programs: develop Summer Experience and Dual Enrollment programming; drive participation and budgeting.
• Scholarships: end-to-end process from selection to reporting with donor relations.
• Alumni Engagement: create and manage alumni mentoring and career programming.
• AI Workflow Redesign: build AI-enabled workflows and automated quality checks.
• Data Reporting: maintain data systems and dashboards; executive updates.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with school-based and central teams; document playbooks.
