Job summary

MSU Texas is seeking a Coordinator, Alumni Relations to assist in planning local and regional alumni events and support the Director in enhancing programs and volunteer management. You will coordinate events, develop social media campaigns, maintain alumni records, and engage with students, faculty, staff and volunteers.

Some evenings and weekend work may be required. Experience in event planning and strong communication skills are preferred, with a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years event planning and management preferred.
• Social media management experience required or preferred.
• Must be able to travel and lift up to 40 pounds.
