Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient with computers and the Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable using new technology
• Creative talent with experience in event planning
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Able to develop and implement ideas
• Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks
• Ability to lift and move event materials as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising, alumni, and special events.
• Lead front-end planning and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments and Marketing for event materials.
• Maintain alumni database records and collect biographical data.
• Develop and evaluate event concepts from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with the Advancement Team and donors.
