Job summary

The Detroit Economic Growth Corporation (DEGC) seeks a dynamic MCM Alumni Track Coordinator to support open and operating Motor City Match businesses, maintaining the alumni portal, tracking outcomes, and coordinating programming.

Reporting to the MCM Program Director, you will build relationships with Detroit entrepreneurs, connect businesses to resources, and help streamline systems and processes to sustain post-launch support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management, program coordination, or grant administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the completion and delivery of the MCM Alumni Program curriculum and coordinate launches.
• Organize alumni cohorts, workshops, networking, and other programming.
• Engage with alumni, canvass businesses, and connect them to resources.
• Maintain alumni records and the alumni portal for ongoing tracking.
• Coordinate communications, scheduling, and program-related documentation.
