Job summary

The Academy Group is seeking a Detroit-based Amplify: Detroit Success Manager (Temporary) to deliver the Amplify coaching model from Foundations through Activation, partnering with the Detroit Program Director. This role requires on-site presence during cohort periods with hybrid flexibility otherwise, and involves coordinating events, internships, and trauma-informed supports for young adults aged 21–30.

As a direct service champion, you will recruit talent, monitor progress, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to launch or scale programs in education or workforce development.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with data-informed decisions and program tracking (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the Amplify program across Foundations through Activation.
• Provide daily coaching and track progress toward goals.
• Build partnerships with local employers for internships and opportunities.
• Design events and workshops to enhance learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with staff and outside consultants to ensure seamless care.
• Report progress to the Program Director and refine strategies.
