• Strong relationship-building and networking instincts for engaging boards and organizers.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekend events; results focus over hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify target neighborhoods and communities likely to generate strong leads.
• Map homeowner associations and local groups; build relationships with board members.
• Design loyalty/referral programs that convert relationships into recurring leads.
• Represent the company at community events, sponsorships and gatherings, including evenings/weekends.
• Track program performance and double down on effective initiatives.
• Support marketing on local content and campaigns; hand off qualified leads to sales.
