Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to schedule and execute alumni events, track merchandise, and maintain an engaged alumni community within our Meridian, ID location.

This role supports outpatient recovery services, bridges graduates to ongoing Northpoint connection, and aligns with our mission of sober, connected lives. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and driving record required.
• Ability to support Northpoint values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule alumni events; manage merchandise and inventory.
• Maintain alumni community safety, support, and engagement.
• Communicate with facility staff and leadership; submit quarterly event proposals.
• Plan large-scale meetings, coordinate guest speakers, and ensure attendance goals.
• Disseminate information on recovery services; create content for social platforms.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage alumni data and reviews.
