Job summary

Northpoint Idaho is seeking an Alumni Coordinator to manage scheduling and execution of alumni events, while tracking merchandise and overseeing alumni programs. The role connects graduates to ongoing recovery support and keeps them engaged with the Northpoint community.

The position emphasizes coordinating with facility staff, planning large-scale meetings, and maintaining confidential, compassionate communication with alumni. A relevant health field background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year experience in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to embrace Northpoint’s culture and mission.
• Knowledge of recovery support systems and 12-Step programs preferred.
• Developed interpersonal and engagement skills.
• Experience with a growing company with multiple entities and geographic locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, communicate, plan and execute Alumni events.
• Track merchandise and inventory; oversee alumni programs.
• Provide long-lasting recovery support and bridge graduates to recovery-centered life.
• Maintain connectedness between alumni and Northpoint community and alumni program.
• Disseminate information from leadership and coordinate events and outreach.
