Job summary

Northpoint Idaho is seeking an Alumni Coordinator in Meridian, ID to schedule, plan, and execute alumni events, track merchandise and inventory, and support alumni programs. This role connects graduates to a recovery-centered life while keeping them engaged with the Northpoint community.

The position reports to the Corporate Director, Alumni Services and requires strong communication, event planning, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year experience in Behavioral Health or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record & reliable transportation.
• Willingness to embrace Northpoint culture & mission.
• Knowledge of recovery support systems and 12-step programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an outcomes database for Northpoint alumni.
• Plan and execute large scale alumni meetings and events; meet attendance goals.
• Coordinate with leadership and facility staff for guest speakers.
• Disseminate information from leadership regarding recovery support services.
• Create content and engagement on Northpoint alumni social platforms.
