Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC in Meridian, Idaho seeks an Alumni Coordinator to schedule and execute alumni events, track merchandise, and maintain an engaging recovery community across Northpoint facilities.

You will collaborate with clinical staff, plan quarterly event proposals, coordinate guest speakers, and help graduates transition to a recovery-centric life while staying connected to the Northpoint Alumni network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ year experience in Behavioral Health or related field.
• Valid drivers’ license with safe driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to embrace Northpoint culture and core values.
• Knowledge of recovery support systems and 12-Step programs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to alumni outcomes database.
• Maintain a safe, supportive alumni community.
• Support outpatient staff via regular facility communication.
• Submit at least three event proposals quarterly for review.
• Plan and execute large-scale alumni meetings and events.
• Coordinate guest speakers with leadership and staff.
• Maintain presence at adult service line facilities.
• Disseminate leadership information on recovery services.
