Job summary

University of Louisville is seeking an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement to cultivate connections with school/college alumni and donors. You will coordinate engagement initiatives aligned with Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement goals, work with Dean’s Office, and drive data-informed outreach across local and global alumni networks.

The role partners with Development colleagues to align activities with philanthropic objectives and manage outward-facing events that strengthen alumni

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Grade 6 (Salaried)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with alumni and coordinate donor leads to Development Officers.
• Utilize CRM data to outline engagement efforts for assigned schools/colleges.
• Create acknowledgement and recognition programs for alumni and donors in coordination with Donor Experience.
• Plan and execute events that facilitate alumni and donor recognition and engagement across campus.
• Lead outreach efforts in coordination with Dean and PAE Leadership.
