The position emphasizes developing engagement plans, managing events, and coordinating volunteer activities while adhering to budget and university

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience.
• Experience in alumni engagement or higher education settings is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operational activities, programs and communications to increase alumni engagement.
• Develop and execute alumni engagement plans with data analysis and priority setting.
• Collaborate with campus partners, faculty, staff and alumni volunteers to implement programs.
• Plan events and activities that connect alumni to the University and to each other.
• Manage alumni volunteer programming and coordinate opportunities across campus.
• Plan and manage budgets for events and programs in line with policies.
• Represent the Office of Alumni Engagement in meetings and committees.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Enter reports and data into CRM and utilize for decision making.
