Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in alumni engagement, donor relations, or higher education preferred.
• Strong data analysis and CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain relationships with alumni and donors.
• Coordinate planning and execution of alumni and donor events.
• Utilize CRM data to outline engagement efforts and track metrics.
• Collaborate with Dean’s Office and other units to align with philanthropic goals.
• Meet annual engagement targets and report on progress.
