The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years in related fields, with strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of experience in annual giving, alumni relations, communications, marketing, event planning, or higher education advancement.
• Experience with alumni programs and volunteer leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual giving campaigns and engagement activities to boost alumni participation.
• Coordinate solicitation calendars across digital, print, and social channels; monitor performance.
• Lead alumni communications across newsletters, emails, and website updates.
• Manage the alumni community platform and data management.
• Support alumni volunteer groups and advisory boards, including meetings and materials.
• Plan and execute reunions, donor recognition events, and student engagement programs.
• Collaborate with faculty and partners to create meaningful alumni opportunities.
• Track engagement data to inform strategies and maintain records in databases.
