You will assist with prospect research, prepare related reports, and coordinate events; excellent writing and Excel skills are essential. This full‑time position requires a bachelor’s degree and strong organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two or more years of job related experience.
• 4+ years of development/advancement, constituent relations or related field preferred.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls; write, prepare, proofread and mail correspondence.
• Monitor weekly revenue reports; process deposits; assist with travel and reimbursements.
• Monitor department budget and track expenses; manage project deadlines.
• Update alumni files; perform prospect research and enter updates in donor files.
• Coordinate stewardship plans for major and annual donors; arrange events and write acknowledgments.
• Oversee scholarships and endowment reports; support college development initiatives.
