Job summary

University of South Carolina is seeking a Program Coordinator for the College of Pharmacy Development team. Under supervision, you will assist with gift processing, donor relations, and reports from the prospect management system.

The role emphasizes coordination of stewardship for donors, events, and collaboration with donors and volunteers across university outreach initiatives. Strong writing, research, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Advanced writing, proofreading and copy-editing skills.
• Excellent basic accounting skills.
• Must possess excellent research skills with the ability to quickly analyze and synthesize complex data and information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for fundraising and alumni relations initiatives.
• Coordinate gift processing, deposits, and scholarship awards.
• Support Senior Director of Development with prospect research and reporting.
• Assist with donor stewardship plans and events throughout the year.
