Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Alumni and Constituent Engagement within University Advancement.

The role coordinates daily operations, communications, and scheduling for the AVC and provides secondary support to the Executive Director, Strategy and Operations, ensuring timely information and efficient coordination for decision-making. Responsibilities include leading executive scheduling, liaison work with the ACE team, and preparation of briefing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 2+ years relevant experience in an executive-support or high-level administrative role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organizational setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive-level schedules, communications, travel, and expense processing for the AVC, with secondary support to the ED as capacity allows.
• Manage ACE team requests and provide timely status updates to requesters; maintain the ACE calendar and deadlines.
• Prepare briefing materials and coordinate meeting logistics for leadership meetings; capture notes and track action items.
