Responsibilities

• Develop engagement strategies for recent alumni and explore affinity groups.
• Coordinate twice-yearly online newsletters and publish content.
• Manage class news and 'In Memoriam' for Hood Magazine.
• Oversee 'Baby Dink' legacy program reporting and inventory.
• Maintain alumni webpages and serve as web manager.
• Assist with content management of alumni social media.
• Create emails for alumni events and manage the alumni relations email.
• Utilize EMMA, Millennium, Adobe, Canva, and MS Office daily; prepare to Slate.
• Assist in Reunion Weekend planning and coordination with vendors.
• Coordinate campus partnerships for athletics promotions and recruitment events.
• Support New Student Orientation and Commencement communications.
