Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with significant alumni/constituent relations experience.
• Experience in volunteer management, board management, event planning, fundraising, and donor stewardship.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel and evenings/weekends.
• Strong group presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to alumni and constituent engagement programs and events for CALS and VCE.
• Oversee planning, development, promotion, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of engagement activities.
• Lead the advancement engagement team including two program managers and an intern.
• Collaborate with CALS Advancement leadership to guide donor stewardship and volunteer boards.
