Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 2–4 years of office experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills; effective communication with alumni.
• Web site management knowledge; proficiency with MS Office and design tools.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; high energy and multi-project management.
• Evening/weekend hours may be required to support events.

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement strategies for alumni outreach and affinity groups.
• Create and coordinate twice-yearly online newsletters and publish content.
• Manage alumni communications and events, including reunions and class news.
• Oversee alumni webpages and coordinate with Marketing/Communications for web updates.
• Plan and support Reunion Weekend activities and campus partnerships.
• Utilize Zoom to plan and run virtual events for alumni groups.
