Pensacola Christian College, Inc. is seeking an Alumni and Events Coordinator to build and strengthen relationships with alumni, students, and partners. The role focuses on engagement, communications, and planning impactful alumni events.
The coordinator will develop engagement plans, manage media content, and coordinate events that align with PCC’s mission and values, including after-hours and weekend activities as needed.
Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to Service Alumni and Events Coordinator The Alumni and Events Coordinator builds and strengthens relationships between Pensacola Christian College, our alumni, and external partners. This role focuses on enhancing alumni engagement, managing alumni communications and media content, and planning and managing alumni events that foster long-term connection and professional collaboration.
Develop the Alumni Community and Partner Relationships Plan and implement strategies that establish initial contact and strengthen ongoing relationships with alumni, students, ministries, employers, and partners. Collaborate with Marketing and Advertising teams to promote PCC initiatives to alumni and their families. Encourage alumni interaction through professional, welcoming engagement and provide courteous support to alumni who contact or visit the campus.
Enhance Alumni Engagement and Services Keep the alumni community engaged through existing resources and explore new approaches to meet evolving needs and opportunities. Identify areas where alumni support, communication, or programming can be enhanced. Provide services that strengthen alumni rapport with the college, encourage professional engagement, and create opportunities for alumni to give back through mentoring, collaboration, or financial sponsorship.
Manage Media Content and Communications Compose and manage alumni communications, including written updates, announcements, and printed materials. Maintain alumni social media accounts and ensure online platforms supporting the Alumni Association remain current, engaging, and useful. Oversee alumni database accuracy by ensuring records are updated, organized, and maintained to support effective communication and outreach.
Coordinate and Manage Alumni Events Plan, promote, and implement alumni events that encourage relationship building, networking, and graduate placement success. Coordinate logistics, communication, and promotion of events in alignment with institutional values and goals. Evaluate event effectiveness through feedback and surveys, and propose improvements to increase participation and impact. Present event plans, layouts, and summaries to Administration as requested.
