Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet complex goals.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with campus partners and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in assessing and translating data to address challenges.
  • Volunteer/event planning experience in higher education preferred.
  • Experience with Slate CRM or similar databases preferred.
  • Office 365 and Google Workspace proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute major 50th Reunion events and programs.
  • Recruit, train, and manage alumni volunteers as liaison for classes.
  • Support 50th Reunion fundraising through committee work and donor conversations.
  • Develop class communications calendars and digital materials.
  • Coordinate Slate database usage, reporting, and online services.
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, vendor management, and financial reporting.
