Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five to seven years’ experience in a progressively responsible development fundraising environment or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be proactive, creative, problem-solver with ability to interact with a broad range of constituents.
• Computer proficiency and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Evenings and weekends required.
• Possible travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee execution of reunion programming to engage alumni and coordinate volunteers, donors, and class committees.
• Lead Homecoming planning with College Events and Marketing & Communications, ensuring data processes with Advancement Services and cross-department collaboration.
• Provide leadership to direct reports; set performance standards, coach and evaluate progress, and align workload with program goals.
• Develop a pipeline of alumni volunteers, expand class ambassador programs, and collaborate with National Alumni Council to advance engagement priorities.
