Bachelor's degree required.
Five to seven years’ experience in a progressively responsible development fundraising environment or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written communication, and organizational skills.
Must be proactive, creative, problem-solver with ability to interact with a broad range of constituents.
Computer proficiency and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Evenings and weekends required.
Possible travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee execution of reunion programming to engage alumni and coordinate volunteers, donors, and class committees.
Lead Homecoming planning with College Events and Marketing & Communications, ensuring data processes with Advancement Services and cross-department collaboration.
Provide leadership to direct reports; set performance standards, coach and evaluate progress, and align workload with program goals.
Develop a pipeline of alumni volunteers, expand class ambassador programs, and collaborate with National Alumni Council to advance engagement priorities.
