Job summary

Pennex in Greenville, PA is seeking a Production Worker to operate and maintain aluminum casting equipment on 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends. The role involves preparing molds, pouring molten aluminum, performing quality checks, and handling logs and materials with forklift support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related experience or training or equivalent combination.
• Heavy equipment and forklift experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain casting equipment and processes.
• Prepare molds and pour molten aluminum.
• Perform quality checks and record results.
• Load and unload materials with forklift and manage logs.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in a high-temperature environment.
