Pennex Aluminum Company in Greenville, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our aluminum casting machinery running smoothly. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and work with a safety-conscious production team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting, preferably aluminum casting.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and strict adherence to procedures.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Inspect, test, dismantle, install and calibrate machinery as needed.
• Operate machine tools and perform welding as qualified.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintain digital records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and meet targets.
• Follow safety policies and participate in training and meetings.
