Pennex Aluminum Company in Greenville, PA is seeking a Production Worker to operate and maintain equipment for aluminum casting. The role includes preparing molds, pouring molten aluminum, and performing quality checks in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Night shifts run 7pm–7am with 12-hour schedules and weekend rotation. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and some related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Heavy equipment and forklift operation are preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment used in the casting of aluminum components.
• Prepare molds and pour molten aluminum.
• Inspect finished castings and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safety procedures in a high-temperature environment.
• Perform homogenization and load/unload logs and billets as required.
