Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player.
• Computer skills, including basic MS Office and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high customer experience within the Store in line with PUMA’s brand standards.
• Help achieve sales, KPI and profitability goals through planning, expense control, and service.
• Assist with payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities withStore or Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
