Job summary

PUMA invites a Store Retail Associate to join the Albertville location in the United States. You will deliver excellent customer service, process sales at the register, and help maintain a clean, well-organized store in line with PUMA visual standards.

You will support stock management, assist with inventory, and contribute to meeting sales targets while adhering to store policies. Prior retail experience is preferred; basic MS Office skills and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards.
• Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise,
• Assist with managing stock levels, inventory counts and product availability, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Process sales transactions accurately at checkout.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock handling and inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with Policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends/evenings/holidays as required.
