Job summary

PUMA, the global sports brand, is seeking a Retail Associate for our Pottstown store. You will provide friendly, consistent customer experiences and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

You’ll handle checkout transactions, maintain store cleanliness, assist with stock and inventory, and comply with Policies. Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.

Base pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus benefits; pay may vary with experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment or related field.
• Strong team player and ability to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store in line with PUMA’s brand values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and order following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with stock levels, inventory counts and product availability.
• Comply with all Policies & Procedures and operational core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
