Job Description

The Alternate Program Manager (APM) will serve as the primary alternate point of contact and will carry out the duties and responsibilities of the PM during his/her absence at the Contractor’s facility throughout the contract period. The APM will also perform a dual-hatted role, e.g., Information Assurance/Security specialist.

Required experience: minimum three years managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing work similar in nature, including a demonstrated knowledge of Army Battalion and Recruiting Company Operations. Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Qualifications

Contractor personnel must: read, write and speak English; demonstrate knowledge of Army protocol and office etiquette; operate copiers, facsimile machines, word processors, computers and related equipment accurately and efficiently; use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); demonstrate correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and terminology in formal correspondence; and be able to learn standard processing procedures and retention policies for correspondence and reports (AR 25‑50).
