ProSidian seeks an IT Support Services Project Manager located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (or surrounding area) to support the Program Manager for an engagement for Consolidated Manpower for IT Services for CECOM/C4ISR on behalf of a Federal Government Agency. The engagement includes Information Technology Support Services for Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) objectives related to on‑site professional support services for six distinct Functional Areas: Facility Lobby Receptionist, Electronic Security System, Software/Hardware, Enhanced Automated Data Processing (ADP) Support Services, 5BARS Service/Support, Emergency IT Support Services, ADP Equipment (ADPE) Maintenance & Repair, and Information Technology Relocation and Rigger Support Services.
Responsibilities include day‑to‑day support of overall contract support operations, organizing, directing and coordinating the planning and production of all contract support activities, establishing and altering contract management to direct effective contract support activities, serving as a technical expert for Business Analysis and Management Support Team activities, supporting contract performance, managing the overall program effort, interfacing with the Contracting Officer, Oversight Manager, Federal Government Agency management personnel and customer agency representatives, ensuring compliance with federal rules, negotiating binding decisions, assembling task teams, defining roles and resources, developing schedules to meet milestones and final acceptance.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline with five years of experience in management of enterprise projects similar in scope, or a Bachelor’s Degree with eight years of experience. Good understanding of Business Analysis and Management Support frameworks including Six Sigma, PMMP, and ITGC. U.S. citizenship required. Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) Clearance required. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Minimum ten years of related experience, including five years in an IT Support Services Project Manager role, with demonstrated leadership of multiple complex contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication skills both oral and written, experience dealing with senior level internal and client personnel.
The IT Support Services Project Manager should possess the professional ability to serve as a key personnel engagement team member. Personnel specified as Key Personnel are considered essential to the work ProSidian performs.
