Program Manager (PM) | Communications Support Services [USAR | OCAR0009011]
ProSidian, a Management & Operations Consulting firm, seeks a full‑time Program Manager to lead professional services engagements in the Aerospace & Defense sector. The role focuses on supporting Army Reserve communications, public affairs, outreach, and leadership messaging across the Mid‑Atlantic region, primarily at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
JOB OVERVIEW
As Program Manager, you will oversee contract performance, manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality, and serve as the primary liaison to the Army Reserve Contracts Office. You will supervise engagement teams, ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, FAR, and Army policies, and deliver integrated communications solutions that enable effective stakeholder engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Oversee full contract performance, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison to KO/COR and ensure compliance with PWS, QASP, FAR, and Army policies.
- Supervise and mentor the engagement team to achieve program objectives.
- Coordinate strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities.
- Maintain project documentation and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or management consulting supporting DoD or USAR‑equivalent organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management and strategic communications within the aerospace and defense sector.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, and compliance management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
