• Assist in the development and execution of phase-in/phase-out plans, ensuring continuity of operations.
• Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, reporting, and quality control standards.
• Provide backup supervision and guidance to On-Site Coordinators and regional managers.
• Maintain communication with HQ IMCOM, COR, and other stakeholders to address operational challenges.
• Ensure all staff are trained and credentialed according to contract and Army requirements.
