Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of program management experience in military education or government contracts.
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams and complex service delivery contracts.
• Knowledge of Army education programs, regulatory compliance, and contract management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HQ IMCOM, CO, and COR on contract matters.
• Oversee education services at Army Education Centers (CONUS/OCONUS) ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Develop management structures for coordination, quality, and timely delivery of services.
• Lead phase-in/phase-out, including staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly/annual reports, staffing plans, and quality control plans.
• Designate On-Site Coordinators at each installation and provide guidance.
• Monitor contract performance, staffing rates, and compliance with security, training, and operational requirements.
• Respond to Government issues including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans.
• Maintain direct accountability to corporate leadership to mitigate conflicts of interest and ensure contract integrity.
