Job summary

Alternate Program Manager position at People, Technology & Processes, LLC. The role acts for the Program Manager with full authority over daily contract operations, ensuring continuity of training support for the government.

The candidate will coordinate contractor manpower, interface with Government COR/COTR, and oversee planning and execution on-site at Camp Mackall and Fort Bragg. A Special Forces background and DoD contract experience are required.

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds the same qualifications as the Program Manager.
• Special Forces background with 15+ years in program management roles.
• ≥5 years managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
• ≥5 years in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces (USAJFKSWCS preferred).
• Must have been a program manager within the last five years.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or 15+ years Special Forces experience.
• U.S. citizenship required (per AR 25-2).
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Acts for the Program Manager in the PM's absence with full authority over daily contract operations, ensuring the Government always has an empowered point of contact for continuity of training support.

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Act for the contractor on all contract matters when the PM is absent
• Support planning, direction, and coordination of contractor manpower and team activities
• Interface with the Government COR and COTR

Qualifications

• Meets or exceeds the same qualifications as the Program Manager
• Special Forces background with a minimum of 15 years of military/professional experience in program management related positions
• At least 5 years of experience as a program manager managing a contractor workforce on a DoD contract of comparable size, scope, and complexity
• At least 5 years of experience in exercise planning and logistical support within Special Forces, preferably to USAJFKSWCS
• Must have been a program manager within the last five years
• Education: bachelor's degree in business management or higher from an accredited university or college, or at least 15 years of Special Forces experience
• United States citizenship required (legally documented aliens only per AR 25-2 approval)
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Active Secret clearance required
