Infiniteus Home Healthcare P.C. dba Cura Care Connect Staffing is seeking an Alternate Clinical Manager (RN) to join our leadership team in the Texas service area.

The role oversees nursing and personal care staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RN license, has home health or clinical supervisory experience, and can travel within Collin, Dallas, Denton, and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Texas RN license.
• Experience in home health, clinical supervision, or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of Texas home health regulations and documentation standards.
• Reliable transportation; ability to travel within service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing and personal care staff.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Support care planning, patient assessments, and coordination of clinical services.
• Ensure adherence to agency policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
• Assist with staff training, competency evaluations, and performance support.
• Monitor patient outcomes and communicate changes to leadership.
• Serve as acting Clinical Manager when delegated or during absences.

Infiniteus Home Healthcare P.C., dba Cura Care Connect Staffing, is seeking a qualified Alternate Clinical Manager (RN) to join our growing leadership team.

POSITION: Alternate Clinical Manager (RN)

Reports To: Clinical Manager / Administrator

SERVICE AREAS: DFW
Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties.

Position Summary

The Alternate Clinical Manager (RN) provides clinical oversight and leadership support in accordance with Texas regulations and agency policies. In this role, you will assist in supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with care standards, reviewing documentation, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will serve as the designated clinical leader when the Clinical Manager is unavailable.

We welcome experienced RNs who are ready to advance their careers in home health leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing and personal care staff.

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

• Support care planning, patient assessments, and coordination of clinical services.

• Ensure adherence to agency policies, state regulations, and professional standards.

• Assist with staff training, competency evaluations, and performance support.

• Serve as the acting Clinical Manager when delegated or during periods of absence.

• Strong understanding of Texas home health regulations and documentation standards.
