Infiniteus Home Healthcare P.C., dba Cura Care Connect Staffing, is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN/NP) to lead clinical operations across our DFW service areas. The role reports to the Administrator and focuses on regulatory compliance, patient care quality, and staff development.

We welcome experienced RNs and Nurse Practitioners ready to advance into home health leadership, overseeing care delivery in Collin, Dallas, Denton, and surrounding counties with strong administrative

Qualifications

Active Texas RN or NP license
Minimum 2 years of home health or clinical leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Texas home health regulations and documentation standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to manage clinical workflows and uphold quality standards

Responsabilités

Provide full clinical oversight for all patient care services and clinical staff.
Review and approve clinical documentation, plans of care, and physician orders.
Ensure compliance with Texas home health regulations and agency policies.
Conduct supervisory visits, staff evaluations, and competency assessments.
Lead interdisciplinary coordination and support patient care planning.
Monitor patient outcomes and address changes in condition promptly.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical personnel.
Collaborate with the Administrator on staffing, workflow, and operational improvements.
Maintain readiness for audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews.
Serve as the primary clinical authority for the agency.
