Job summary

Cura Care Connect Staffing is seeking an dependable Alternate Administrator to support agency operations and ensure leadership continuity in compliance with Texas home-health regulations. You will assist in managing daily operations, support staff, and ensure regulatory documentation and service quality across our DFW service area.

The role offers a path to lead/admin responsibilities when the Administrator is unavailable, with emphasis on policy adherence, audits, and interdepartmental

Qualifications

• Experience in home health administration or healthcare operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of Texas home-health regulations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workflows, support staff, and uphold quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily agency operations and administrative workflows.
• Assist with compliance oversight, licensing requirements, and policy adherence.
• Review documentation, records, and reports for accuracy and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and communication across clinical and administrative teams.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development for administrative personnel.
• Monitor operational performance and communicate updates to the Administrator and Agency Owner.
• Maintain readiness for audits, surveys, and regulatory reviews.
• Serve as acting Administrator during periods of absence or delegation.
• Maintain full compliance with state and federal home-health regulations.

Infiniteus Home Healthcare P.C., dba Cura Care Connect Staffing, is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Alternate Administrator to support agency operations and ensure continuity of leadership in accordance with Texas home‑health regulations.

POSITION: Alternate Administrator

Reports To: Administrator / Agency Owner

SERVICE AREAS: DFW

Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise Counties.

Position Summary

The Alternate Administrator provides operational and administrative support in accordance with Texas regulations and agency policies. In this role, you will assist in managing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of documentation and service delivery. You will serve as the designated administrative leader when the Administrator is unavailable.
