David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative in a part-time capacity. You will welcome customers, schedule and coordinate alterations, answer phones, press garments, and ensure items are ready for pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
• Prior sewing experience is helpful
• Prior experience with computerized POS system

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, on phone, or via chat; resolve issues with strong communication
• Use store systems to manage customer flow and ensure five-star service
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs; assist with alterations process
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers; escalate to leadership as needed
• Explain how alterations can enhance the dress for events and upsell services
• Maintain store standards and promotional readiness; assist with inventory and checkout
