Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting to analyze and resolve complex software and hardware incidents.
• Maintain core operational databases' integrity and accuracy.
• Document new solutions and expand technical resolution resources.
• Adhere to security, quality, and operational standards.
• Familiarity with ITIL or formal incident escalation practices.

Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution & Triage: manage, triage, and resolve incidents via multiple channels.
• Document triage steps and track outages to restoration using SLAs.
• Communicate expectations clearly and maintain professional handling of outages.
• Knowledge management: author articles and improve support workflows.
• Performance & Collaboration: meet SLA metrics and work with partners across teams.
