Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a senior professional to guide Alpha implementations, aligning business vision with enterprise solutions across front, middle and back office. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with solution architects, and delivering scalable end-to-end results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions.
• Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Alpha Implementations to identify and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflows.
• Assist in the design and delivery of a transformative end-to-end solution that will benefit both the Investment Servicer and Investment Manager.
• Manage solution delivery coordination across Front, Middle and Back Office.
• Support approaches to build scalable and standardized solutions.
• Influence, facilitate and drive decision making on deliverable resolution planning.
• Connect teams across disciplines to define Alpha-wide end to end solutions.
• Review Client requirements and help define the target state solution; document Solutions for IT deliverable and delivery roadmap items.
• Engage directly with the Client and internal disciplines as a continuous liaison to triage and resolve deliverables.
• Integrate solution builds and IT developments across all implementation phases following Client confirmation of solution outcomes.
• Create the interface design and understand Client engagement protocols to bridge current state to strategic implementations.
