State Street Corporation seeks a lead Product Manager in the Alpha Services Product team to define strategy, lead end-to-end solutions, and drive delivery of investment accounting enhancements across stakeholders in Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on requirements definition, solution design, and market trend analysis to advance the Investment Accounting platform roadmap and successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or information systems.
• 15+ years financial services experience in product management and development.
• Strong product management, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead requirement definition and solution design for strategic product development initiatives within the Investment Accounting platform.
• Ensure requirements/design solutions are well thought out from a component & end-to-end solution and are effectively documented.
• Gain consensus with key stakeholders across Product, IT, Operations, and Client teams for end-to-end solution design/requirements.
• Drive the delivery of product enhancements throughout the development lifecycle to meet timeline/cost commitments.
• Apply strong business judgment to surface impediments/issues and provide practical, high impact options to resolve.
• Utilize client requests, partner feedback, and market trend analysis to contribute to the strategic Product roadmap.
• Assist with adoption of AI processes to help improve product management functions and delivery.
