State Street is seeking a high-impact professional to guide Alpha implementations and deliver end-to-end solutions across front, middle, and back office functions. You will coordinate across functional areas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to meet client and product outcomes while aligning with the firm’s strategy.

The role requires deep knowledge of financial markets, experience with Agile and systems thinking, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes.
• Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Alpha Implementations to identify and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflows
• Assist in the design and delivery of a transformative end-to-end solution that will benefit both the Investment Servicer and Investment Manager
• Manage solution delivery coordination across functional areas, Inclusive of Front, Middle and Back Office
• Support approaches to build scalable and standardized solutions
• Influence, facilitate and drive decision making on deliverable resolution planning
• Connecting teams across disciplines to define Alpha-wide end to end solutions
• Review Client requirements and help define the target state solution; identify and document Solutions for IT deliverable, as well as products on the delivery roadmap
• Engage directly with the Client and across internal disciplines, acting as a continuous liaison point throughout execution to triage and facilitate the resolution of deliverables
• Integrate solution builds and IT developments across all implementation phases following Client confirmation of solution outcomes
• Create the interface design, while gaining a deeper understanding of the Client's engagement protocols and requirements, making tactical decisions to bridge the time gap between current state and strategic implementations
• Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
• Ensure Solution Management activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders through the solution design and delivery phases
