Job summary

State Street Corp is seeking a Client Solution Manager to align business requirements with enterprise solutions by collaborating with solution architects and stakeholders. This role requires leading teams with no direct hierarchical authority in a fast-growing environment and driving strategic product capabilities.

You will guide Alpha Implementations to define end-to-end solutions, coordinate delivery across Front, Middle and Back Office, and engage directly with clients to triage deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client requirements.
• Strong understanding of asset management and solution architecture.
• Experience in agile software development is asset.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage solution delivery across all functional areas.
• Identify deliverables in target state model and workflows.
• Design and deliver end-to-end transformative solutions.
• Coordinate across Front, Middle and Back Office.
• Drive scalable, standardized solutions.
