Job summary

State Street Corp. is seeking a versatile Account Services Implementation professional to support onboarding and end-to-end Alpha platform implementations. You will translate client needs into functional specifications and coordinate across business, implementation, and technology teams.

The role emphasizes strong analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement to drive on-time delivery and successful client transitions to BAU support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in project management or business analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Alpha Front-to-Back (F2B) Account Services implementations and design target operating models.
• Document and translate client requirements into clear use cases and functional specifications for development.
• Coordinate onboarding and data readiness, ensuring alignment with timelines.
• Develop expertise in the Account Configuration & Maintenance tool and related configuration activities.
• Document and validate account lifecycle workflows including setup and maintenance.
• Support end-to-end testing activities including planning and script validation.
• Contribute to client onboarding and transition to BAU support.
• Participate in client workshops to gather data mappings and configurations.
