State Street is seeking a proven Alpha Chief Commercial Officer to drive revenue growth and client engagement across Alpha Platform & Software. This executive will align sales, product and delivery to execute a unified, One State Street commercial motion for institutional clients.

The role requires visionary leadership, global scale experience, and a track record of building high‑performing teams that win complex, multi‑year engagements with asset managers and sovereigns.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading revenue-driven orgs.
• Experience with enterprise software, asset servicing or fintech.
• Exposure to executive-level strategy and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own global commercial strategy and revenue for Alpha Platform & Software.
• Define go‑to‑market model across segments and clients.
• Integrate Alpha and Charles River commercial teams into one motion.
• Instill pipeline discipline with clear forecasting and metrics.
• Align with Global Client Division and country heads on coverage.
• Collaborate on pricing, packaging and market-fit positioning.
• Protect time-to-value with service delivery leadership.
• Represent Alpha with clients, prospects and industry forums.
• Bring market intelligence into strategy and investment planning.
