Job summary

Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui seeks a friendly Pool Attendant to deliver outstanding pool services to guests and contribute to a luxurious resort experience. You will assist guests with seating, towels, refreshments and ensure pool areas are clean and safe.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, High School diploma, and certifications such as CPR/First Aid and Water Safety. Regular hours, strong aloha spirit, and adherence to safety rules are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide pool services in line with Fairmont & LQA standards.
• Assist guests with seating and pool area needs.
• Perform pool guest services (e.g., cool towels, refreshments).
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of pools, pool decks and lawns.
