Harvard University, Division of Continuing Education, seeks an Academic Advisor to support graduate ALM degree candidates and assist in completing 500+ students. You will advise on course selections, degree requirements, and career planning while promoting academic services and student engagement.

Hybrid work with on-campus presence in Cambridge, MA. The role emphasizes strong communication, webinar delivery, and coordination with faculty and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in student services, academic advising, or career counseling.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and Master’s degree valued.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; able to present confidently.

Responsabilités

• Advises graduate ALM degree candidates on course selection and degree requirements.
• Keeps abreast of hiring trends to identify skills for employment.
• Maintains accurate degree program records in the student information system.
• Plans and executes student events to promote community and career exploration.
